The Trek
Your Wellness Path Starts Here
Where every step is a celebration of vibrant living.
Health isn’t just one thing—it’s a path you walk, one step at a time. I’ll be your trail guide.
Welcome to the Trek
Wellness is a journey, not a prescription. And no one should walk it alone.
You don’t have to be young to feel alive.
…and you don’t have to climb a mountain to begin your wellness journey. All it takes is one small, honest step—and a willingness to keep going. At 82, I’m still walking that path. And I’d love to walk alongside you.
This Trek is more than a wellness routine. It’s a lifestyle grounded in simple choices, mindful movement, and the joy of feeling good—inside and out. Along the way, I’ll share what’s helped me stay vibrant, hopeful, and strong. You’ll find your own rhythm as we go.
There are three trail markers I’ve come to trust: Body, Mind, and Prosperity. Let’s take a look.
Move a Little, Thrive a Lot
Movement is medicine.
That doesn’t mean marathons—it means moving your body in a way that brings joy. A walk through the park. A hike with a friend. A few stretches before breakfast.
Good nutrition is part of that rhythm, too. Over the years, I’ve found daily routines and natural support that help me stay active and energized. You can explore some of my go-to favorites on the Suzie’s Pack List page—these are the things I don’t hit the trail without.
It’s easier to maintain your health than to treat disease.
That’s one of my core beliefs—and why I’ve kept walking, stretching, eating clean, and staying curious about what keeps me well.
This isn’t about doing it “perfect.” It’s about tuning in. What foods make you feel alive? What helps you sleep better? What small habit brings you peace?
Your answers will be your map. I’m just here to remind you: your body still wants to thrive.
Take care of your body—it’s your most loyal trail partner.
Clear Mind, Clear Trail
Our thoughts shape the terrain beneath our feet.
When I’m focused on gratitude, I notice more beauty. When I take care of my home—keep it clean, calm, natural—I feel more peace inside too. Mind and space are linked.
I’m a big believer in keeping things simple, creating small rituals that anchor the day. A journal. A morning prayer. Time in nature. These are some of the ways I stay mentally uplifted.
I also enjoy diving into health topics and new research, and I share what I find over on my Trail Notes Blog. It’s a place for reflection, inspiration, and the occasional hiking story or health tip.
The path to wellness isn’t just physical—it’s mental and emotional too. Let’s care for your whole self.
When your mind is light, even the uphill parts feel easier.
Wealth That Feels Like You
This is the part people often overlook—but it’s just as vital.
When you invest in your wellness, you’re not just protecting your body—you’re gaining freedom, clarity, and purpose. And for me, that purpose also became a way to support myself financially.
Health insurance is more like sick insurance.
So I decided to invest in wellness instead—and share it with others. Turns out, that investment paid off in more ways than one.
Years ago, I started sharing products I already loved—just like I’d recommend a favorite hiking trail. That’s all this is. No pressure. No push. Just sharing from the heart.
If you’re curious about the opportunity side of what I do, feel free to reach out through the Join Me page. I’m happy to tell you more.
And if you’re simply looking for high-quality wellness tools, check out Suzie’s Pack List or visit my Wellness Shop where I keep my trusted favorites.
Your well-being is your greatest asset—and when you share what works, that wealth multiplies.
